Brit's Ex Pleads Innocent to Hit and Run

Britney's Spears' ex-beau Adnan Ghalib voluntarily turned himself at the Van Nuys, Calif., courthouse this morning to face felony charges for allegedly ramming his car into a process server who was trying to serve the paparazzo with a restraining order on behalf of the pop princess' family.
Ghalib, 36, pleaded not guilty to one count each of assault with a deadly weapon, battery and hit-and-run for the alleged Feb. 11 incident, according to district attorney spokeswoman Jane Robison. He was booked into the Van Nuys Valley Jail and released around 11:45 a.m. without having to post bail.
No word yet on a court date. If convicted, he could face up to seven years in jail.

Rihanna Update...

After almost two weeks of hiding from the public, Rihanna was spotted in Los Angeles heading to an airport on Thursday - the same day a photo of her with bruises on her face released to the public.
The singer finally released a statement to fans on Friday (her 21st birthday) via her spokesperson:
At the request of the authorities, Rihanna is not commenting about the incident involving Chris Brown. She wants to assure her fans that she remains strong, is doing well, and deeply appreciates the outpouring of support she has received during this difficult time.

Chris is STILL Crossing It...

3O year old Chris "Mac Daddy" Kelly, formly of Kris Kross, was spotted in an Atlanta park earlier this week. Sadly, Kelly was diagnosed with Alopecia Areata, where affected hair follicles are mistakenly attacked by a person's own immune system, resulting in the arrest of the hair growth stage. Along with his new hair style, Kelly was also seen wearing his jeans backwards. Chris, can you please let that go? Please??

That's My Song!!!

These were the words spoken by singer Etta James after hearing about Beyonce singing her hit song, "At Last", at the presidential ball. Etta was far from happy as she released statements disrespecting President Obama and Beyonce. Calm down Etta, it wasn't even your song first!

Lil' Kim Speaks Up...

I recently saw the Notorious movie and I must admit it wasn't all that it was cracked up tp be. Female rap star, Lil' Kim seems to think the same. Kim was completely upset after seeing the way she was portrayed in the movie. From the looks of it, Kim was just someone that Biggie used to have sex with and Kim did not like that at all. Kim claims that her and Biggie's relationship was deeper than that. Voletta Wallace, Biggie's mother and the producer of the movie told Kim to "GET OVER IT!" Although she didn't have any sympathy for Kim's feelings, P. Diddy defended Kim's image saying that the film did not do her justice and Kim and Biggie's was deeper than the way it was portrayed in the film.

Ray J. Looking for Love...

R&B singer Ray J. joins the long list of celebrities looking for love in all the wrong places. And by wrong places, I'm talking about TV. Following the "success" of Flava Flav, New York, Bret Micheals, and Real and Chance, Ray J. has a new show on VH1 called "For the Love of Ray J." where he has a house of 14 women fighting to compete for his love, or attention, or publicity... whichever comes first. It's only the 2nd episode and already it's arguing, back stabbing and sexual moves to receive the glass of champaigne at the end of the show. If you ask me, the whole "let's find love from random women, within a month, on TV" is very played out to me. I guess we'll see how this one plays out.

Nas and Kelis Are Finally Having A Baby...!!!!

After dating for over 5 years, Nas and Kelis are finally having their first child together. Nas, who seems to be very excited, told MTV News that they will find out the sex next week. The child will be Kelis' first but the second for Nas who has a 15 year old daughter from a previous relationship. Congrats guys!!

Medical Emergency for Solange....

The singer and younger sister of Beyoncé was rushed to the hospital yesterday after fainting at an airport on her way home from Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York. She was treated for dehydration and low blood pressure. She was released from the hospital after a second round of IV and a visit from her mother, Tina. "My mom is the best. LOL," Knowles wrote. "She's like, ain't nothing wrong with this girl, she need some water and rest...Pull up the car! LOL."

50 Doesn't Hold Back...

Speaking of rappers that don't pay child support, let's add Rick Ross to the list. At least that's what 50 Cents is saying. Rapper 50 Cent has hit below the belt in his latest feud with Miami rapper Rick Ross. The rap mogul claims that his industry mate , Rick Ross, is a “deadbeat dad”. In addition, 50 claims to have purchased court transcripts from Rick Ross’ child-support case which show that the Miami rapper’s income is “$200,000 a year and the jewelry he wears isn’t real.” Just last week, 50 flew Tia Kemp, the mother involved in Rick Ross’ child support case, to New York for an interview and a shopping spree. After spending the day with Tia, 50 claims to have been ”surprised” to learn that that Rick Ross repossessed a truck that Tia had been using to take her kids to school.

What ever happened to real men? You know, the ones who actually take care of their responsibilities! Well I guess Uncle Luke wouldn't know the answer to that question. The "Me So Horny" rapper formerly known as Luke Skyywalker and leader of raunchy 1980s rap group 2 Live Crew has been jailed in Miami for failing to pay more than $10,000 in a child-support case. Uncle Luke will remain locked up at Miami's detention center until he can come up with the $10,223 owed to Shakera Morgan, the woman who brought the paternity case against him.

Rihanna Receives Support...

Rihanna has cancelled shows in Malaysia and Indonesia AND her own 21st birthday party after allegations her boyfriend Chris Brown attacked her. Kanye West has sent his support to Rihanna and said he’s devastated by what happened.He told Ryan Seacrest: "I was completely devastated during the performance… “I feel like that's my baby sis. I would do any and everything to help her in any situation."

So I know everyone's heard the story, Chris Brown hits Rihanna after an argument. No one is really sure what the argument was about but rumors spread that it stemmed from Chris receiving a call from a girl that he talks to on the side. Another story was that Rihanna gave Chris Brown a STD and he released his frustration by hitting her in her face and biting her. Both were not present at the Grammy Award Show, causing more rumors to surface. What really happened?
